Sister Party!

Last night was the annual sister/ sister in law party at my sister in law’s house! Not only do we all hang out with good food and good drinks, but we also do a white elephant gift exchange, and a cookies exchange. It is a great time and a great way for all of us to hang out, laugh, and just be! This year, I did a handmade gift for the exchange. It was a photo theme box full of a warm fun!

My little gift included:
~ Hand Drawn Ceramic Mug
~ Photo Book
~ Vanilla Candle

I love trying to make gifts for people and being able to put alot of love into it too! I also wanted to show my sister in laws that they are the best, so I made then each a clutch bag using this tutorial! They turned out really cute and they loved them! Finally I needed to make some cookies! It took me forever to find something that sounded really good. I settled on shortbread! Let’s face it, who doesnt love cookies filled with butter! I used this recipe so that I could make them ahead of time and back them the day of! They were super yummy! I packed them in Mason Jars (which are too cute) and added these cute tags!

I love my extended family! They are really such a great part of our lives and I am thankful to have so many amazing Sisters!
